As the operational arm for the ITU - the leading United Nations agency for information and communication technology issues - IMPACT is well poised to help its partner countries track and overcome looming cyber threats, through the GRC. Via a MoU signed on 3rd September 2008, IMPACT is now the physical and operational home of ITU's GCA.

Through IMPACT and its GRC, partner countries can enhance their knowledge and awareness of the cyber threat landscape that affects them, while learning about possible solutions to overcome these malicious attacks.

With IMPACT operationalising ITU's GCA, current Member States of the ITU are eligible to become IMPACT’s partner countries, enabling access to its GRC, intellectual property, consulting services, reports and more.
